Georg Strass provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders placed through our official Website.

Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving us. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details where available.

Delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier service, customs procedures and periods of high demand.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order. Georg Strass cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Depending on the value of the order, destination or carrier requirements, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Responsibility for the order passes to you once delivery has been confirmed at the address provided during checkout.

Order Preparation

Orders are processed on business days and are prepared with care before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, launches, promotional periods or unusually busy times, additional processing time may be required.

Once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

International Deliveries

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout or may become payable separately upon import, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Any duties, taxes or external charges not collected by Georg Strass at checkout remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Complimentary Returns

Georg Strass offers complimentary returns on eligible purchases made directly through our official Website.

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Jewelry purchased from an authorized retailer, department store, marketplace or other third-party seller must be returned to the original place of purchase and cannot be returned directly to Georg Strass.

To qualify for return, the piece must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In its original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, protective materials, jewelry packaging and accompanying documents.

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

  • Free from scratches, marks, alterations, damage or any other sign of wear.

All returned jewelry is subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Pieces

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry.

  • Pieces that have been altered, resized or made to order.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or modification after delivery.

  • Jewelry returned without its original packaging, protective materials or documentation.

  • Items identified as final sale, where permitted by law.

This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Requesting a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number together with details of the piece you wish to return.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions and a complimentary return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

All returns must be sent using the approved method and return label supplied by Georg Strass. We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Return Inspection

Every returned piece is examined before a refund is issued.

We assess the condition of the jewelry, including its metal surface, gemstones, pearls, clasps, settings, protective materials and packaging.

A return may be declined where a piece shows evidence of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, misuse or missing components.

If a return does not meet the conditions set out in this policy, the piece may be sent back to the customer and no refund may be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved following inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You will be notified when your refund has been processed.

The time required for funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Any expedited delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes or external fees paid separately by the customer are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Georg Strass does not currently offer direct exchanges.

To select a different piece, size or finish, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through the official Website.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Each Georg Strass creation is inspected before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have a manufacturing defect or differs from the item ordered, please contact our customer care team promptly after delivery.

To assist with our assessment, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the jewelry.

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our warranty terms and applicable law.

Jewelry Care and Return Eligibility

Jewelry is delicate by nature and should be handled carefully from the moment it is received.

Trying on a piece should not cause wear, scratching, bending, damage to settings or other alteration to its condition.

Pieces showing signs of wear or exposure to perfume, cosmetics, lotions, chemicals, water or other substances may no longer qualify for return.

For rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings, all original components and protective materials must be included with the return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or inserted through a piercing may not be eligible for return, except where required by law or where the item is defective.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

This return service applies exclusively to purchases made directly through the official Georg Strass Website.

Products purchased from authorized retailers or other third-party sellers remain subject to the return and refund policies of the original place of purchase.
