Each Georg Strass order is prepared with care and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your piece has been shipped.

We hope your order brings complete satisfaction. Should you wish to make a return or exchange, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We offer a simple return and exchange process. To begin, email us at hello@georgstrass.com and a member of our team will be in touch with you to guide you through the process. You may choose between a return or an exchange, and select the method most convenient for you.

All pieces must be returned in their original, saleable condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 working days of receiving your return. Delivery charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
